We keep things simple and focused, so you always know what you’re doing and why.
Please note: a valid Impact Gym membership is required for in-gym sessions.
Some people prefer to book session by session, while others like having something a little more structured to help them stay consistent.
Blocks are there if you want a bit more structure and consistency in your training, along with a lower price per session. You can still choose the option that feels right for you.
When you start, you’ll receive your own progress tracker to use throughout your journey. It gives you a simple way to reflect, record progress, and see how far you’ve come over time.
