How It Works

We keep things simple and focused, so you always know what you’re doing and why.

A typical session may include:

  • A warm up to get you ready to move well
  • A main section with 4 to 6 exercises tailored to you
  • A core or conditioning finisher
  • A cool down and quick check-in

  • In-gym personal training at Impact Gym, Paddock Wood
  • At home personal training in Hadlow, Tonbridge and surrounding villages

Please note: a valid Impact Gym membership is required for in-gym sessions.

A note on blocks

Blocks are there if you want a bit more structure and consistency in your training, along with a lower price per session. You can still choose the option that feels right for you.

Your Progress Tracker

When you start, you’ll receive your own progress tracker to use throughout your journey. It gives you a simple way to reflect, record progress, and see how far you’ve come over time.
